For October's Enrichment Friday at Co-op, we met outside at a local park. On this day, we do Composer Study, Hymn, Folksong, Art, Artist Study, Handicraft, and Science Experiments from the Apologia Land Animals book.

Enrichment Friday

We had our August Enrichment Friday for Co-op at a church of one of our members. The kids recited Robert Louis Stevenson's "Land of Storybooks". Afterwards, they did Shel Silverstein's "Captain Jim".

Making Pizza at Co-op/ Recitation

At our Enrichment Friday for Co-op the kids made homemade pizzas. They each made their own dough.

Then, the kids were shown how to make homemade mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. See here how it was done from a friend's blog.

Also at this co-op, both Keegan and McKenna recited poems.
